Settlement Information
A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Yellow Social (“YSI”), alleging claims under Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, and Massachusetts State laws based on the sale of virtual chips in the following social casino-style games: Pulsz (www.pulsz.com) and Pulszbingo (www.pulszbingo.com) (collectively “Applications”).
